The Rootvik Agency specializes in holistic coaching and productivity (systems) consulting and business support for projects we believe in. We handle most tasks in-house, but if needed, we have a great network of talented people that we can take in on short notice.
We provide a holistic approach to our work, looking at all relevant aspects of our clients and their businesses. So, before any project starts we do in-depth research of you, your company, product, services, and of course, the competition. Knowing our clients well, we can develop a balanced business strategy and a project description that is perfectly tailored to your unique position and goals.

Amy Rootvik
Founder & CEO
Amy is an educator, a trained administrator, and a certified coach with over 15 years of experience in online business. When she's not helping business owners strategize and implement their big ideas, she loves spending time with her wife and kids and planning their next outdoor adventure.
Esme Crutchley
Director of Operations
Esme is our structure and our glue. She is our stellar in-house systems architect, project manager, and creative consultant. She's a systems nerd with an eye for detail. From content development down to that 1x1 pixel, she pays attention. In her spare time, she loves to test tech and productivity tools and love on her adorable fur babies.
Amanda
Design & Content
If you need WordPress help, copy that converts, or a new Pinterest plan, Amanda is your girl. She comes to us with years of experience in online business and web design. We are thrilled that she has partnered with us to create amazing outcomes for our clients.
Sonja
Marketing
Sonja has a BA in Fine Arts, a quick wit, and an eye for detail. When she’s not doing things with the Rootvik Agency, Sonja creates and sells art, coaches fitness classes as a CrossFit-L2 trainer with her fiance Kevin, commercial fishes in Alaska in the summers, and tries to keep her two boisterous dogs and one mischievous cat under control.
Melia
Project Manager
Melia is a workflow maven. If you have a question about your project, ask Melia. As a nurse who used to develop training for new members of the cardiac unit team, she understands the need for systems and a human touch.
Tyné
Research & Data Specialist
Tyné earned a couple of degrees in bassoon performance, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and a certificate in Servant Leadership. She enjoys puzzles, cuddling with rescue dog Percy, and playing with productivity-improving software in her free time.
